Motivation assessment model for intelligent tutoring system based on mamdani inference system

<span lang="EN-US">Many educators have used the benefit offer by intelligent tutoring system. To become more personalizing and effective system, student characteristics need to be considered. One of important characteristic is motivation. Therefore, in this study a motivation assessment model based on self-efficacy theory was proposed. Refer theory, effort, choice activities, performance persistence were discussed as attributes. Further, time spend, difficulty level, number correct answers questions skipped are parameters defined for each attribute. The designed taking advantages Mamdani inference system fuzzy logic technique predict students’ level. able inmates like human tutor does traditional classroom understand level.</span>
